Kids Games Park is a free educational site for children aged 3 to 8. By using it you agree to these simple terms. Parents, guardians and teachers are responsible for supervising how children use it.
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to everyone who uses kidsgamespark.com and the installable web app. Children use the site under the supervision of a parent, guardian or teacher, who accepts these terms on the child’s behalf.
2. A free, ad-free service
The site is free to use. There are no accounts, no advertising and no in-app purchases. We may improve, change, pause or remove any game, story or feature at any time.
3. Permitted use
You may play, print worksheets and colouring pages, and use the content at home and in classrooms for non-commercial teaching.
You may not sell, republish, scrape or redistribute the content, artwork, audio or code, present it as your own, bypass the parental gate, or try to disrupt or overload the site.
4. Intellectual property
The games, stories, artwork, audio, translations, name and logo belong to Kids Games Park or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Using the site does not transfer any ownership to you.
5. Educational content and sacred text
Our content supports learning but does not replace school, a teacher or professional advice on health or child development. Quranic text and recitation are shared for learning and must be treated with respect; please verify recitation with a qualified teacher.
6. Screen time and supervision
We recommend short sessions with regular breaks. Parents can set daily limits and bedtime in the Parent Dashboard. We cannot supervise children, so supervision always remains with the adult present.
7. Data stored on your device
Progress, stars and settings are saved only in your browser on your own device, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Clearing browser data or uninstalling the app erases them, and we are unable to recover them.
8. No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided “as is”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
